Primeiro, vou representar essas matrizes:

  M = \left[\begin{array}{cc}-4&1\\3&2\end{array}\right]

 N = \left[\begin{array}{cc}2&0\\1&-2\end{array}\right]

N^{t}   = \left[\begin{array}{cc}2&1\\0&-2\end{array}\right]

  Efetuando a multiplicação e definindo a matriz C:

\left[\begin{array}{cc}-4&1\\3&2\end{array}\right] * \left[\begin{array}{cc}2&1\\0&-2\end{array}\right] = \left[\begin{array}{cc}-8+0&-4-2\\6+0&3-4\end{array}\right] = \left[\begin{array}{cc}-8&-6\\6&-1\end{array}\right] = C

O elemento da matriz C localizado na primeira linha e segunda coluna é: C12 = -6
