f(4) =  \frac{1}{4-2} +  \frac{1}{4-3} =  \frac{1}{2} + 1 =  \frac{3}{2}

f(5) =  \frac{1}{5-2} +  \frac{1}{5-3} =  \frac{1}{3} +  \frac{1}{2} =  \frac{5}{6}

f(4)-f(5) = 3/2 - 5/6 = (9-5) / 6 = 4/6 = 2/3
