 \frac{x-3}{4} +x= \frac{x+28}{3}

 \frac{3(x-3)+12x=4(x+28)}{12}

3x-9+12x=4x+112

15x-4x=112+9

11x=121

x= \frac{121}{11}

x=11

d= \frac{n(n-3)}{2} = \frac{11(11-3)}{2} = \frac{11.8}{2} = \frac{88}{2} =44
